Open Connectors settings
In Claude web or desktop, go to Customize, then click Connectors.

Add the Constants MCP server
Click Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Constants and paste the URL. On Team or Enterprise: an Owner has to add it first under Organization settings → Connectors → Add.
